1. Self-care: Take good care of yourself. Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. And I don't mean bubble baths and massages.
I mean discipline and habits.
Be the person you want to be, even when nobody is watching. Don't fake your confidence in front of other people by appearing strong or pretending to be someone you're not.
True confidence comes from being authentic. It is an identity you cultivate over time.
2. Self-development: Self-confidence is a skill that you can learn by identifying your strengths and weaknesses, practising positive thinking, adopting a growth mindset and being mindful and open to change.
