Life coaching shouldn’t feel like a luxury item

It’s not something you can only have when you think there’s something wrong with you.
I was chatting with my friend who's a GP, and we realised just how many people don’t actually know what life coaching is or how much it can help.
So here’s a simple breakdown.
Life coaching is about helping you live better. To feel more fulfilled and have a richer, more meaningful experience of life.
You know how we often say things like:
“I just want to be happy.”
“I just want my kids to be happy.”
Yes! But how do we actually get there?
To me, happiness comes from things like feeling satisfied, proud of myself, like I’m moving forward. It comes from fulfilment, purpose, and those small wins that add up.
We all have dreams, plans, and things we’d love to do.
But we also carry fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs that hold us back.
That’s where a life coach comes in.
A coach can help you:
· Meet you exactly where you're at
· Unpack what’s holding you back and reframe it
· Walk beside you, step by step
· Cheer you on, big time
· Ask the kinds of questions that unlock new answers
· Keep you accountable and on track
· Celebrate every little win with you
A life coach is there for you. For you!
Life coaching isn’t indulgent. It’s intentional.
Just like you invest in your health, your skincare, your kids’ after school clubs, you can invest in your mindset, your habits, your confidence, your resilience.
Basically, everything that makes you you.
My focus area is woman-centered coaching and I help ambitious, smart women who have lost their confidence after motherhood, find their spark again and go for their dreams.
If this resonates with you and you feel you’re ready to take back your power, let’s chat.
