Hi!
I'm Renata Burrows
A Transformation and Women's Empowerment Coach
dedicated to helping you turn midlife into your best chapter yet.
What I do
I'm a coach, entrepreneur, scientist-at-heart and twin mum who believes that midlife is the time when something shifts in women.

You start to want more - more truth, more alignment, more you. You feel ready for change, ready to take up space, ready to put yourself first… but you might not know where to begin, or whether you're even “allowed” to.

That quiet yearning for a life that reflects who you truly are?
That’s the spark I help you follow.

In my coaching practice, I support ambitious midlife women who are craving more to get clear on what that “something more” actually is - and to start building a life that feels fulfilling, energising and authentically theirs.

It's never too late to course correct, realign and step into the career and life you're truly meant for.

I know this is possible because I've lived it and I've helped others do the same.

Testimonial

"Using Renata's reflection questions I was able to look back at my life and see how many challenges I have already overcome, now seeing them as a natural part of my life. This helped me to realise what personal qualities and values played a role in overcoming those challenges. I was able to commit to using the same qualities and values for any future challenges that my life has to offer."

Life changed completely when I became a mum to twin girls after a long fertility journey while still working. I know what stress, burnout and emotional resilience really mean. Motherhood shifted my identity, priorities and sense of direction in ways I never expected.

I stayed at home to support my family, but my curiosity and ambition led me to start a home-based cake business - a dream I’d carried for years. Becoming a business owner taught me even more about creativity, courage and following your own ideas.

But despite all this, I felt a familiar question rising: What’s next for me?
I wanted meaning again, something that made a difference. That’s when I reached a point in midlife I didn’t expect - a quiet, persistent “Is this really it?”
My Journey (in a nutshell)
I grew up in Hungary, and in my late twenties I could no longer ignore the pull to experience life abroad - so I moved to the UK.
From relocating to rebuilding my life from scratch, I understand exactly what it feels like to not quite “fit in” while trying to carve out a place for yourself.

I brought with me the values my parents taught me: hard work, courage, creativity and independence.
Throughout my career - whether as an agricultural engineer, in PR, mentoring adult learners, managing teams or coordinating international training programs - one theme kept repeating: I was always helping people grow.
Bringing people together across cultures and time zones and watching them achieve their goals is what has always driven me. Building rapport comes naturally.
I have a feeling part of this story sounds a lot like yours.
My Mission
As I spoke to more women my age, I realised I wasn’t alone. I saw smart, capable, accomplished women -women who had spent decades achieving and supporting everyone else - suddenly doubting themselves.

Women caught between who they used to be and who they might still become. Women feeling unfulfilled, overlooked or disconnected from their spark, despite doing everything “right.”
Women carrying invisible pressure: expectations, responsibilities, past choices, and the fear of making the “wrong” move at this stage of life.

Through my own journey of learning, mindset work and reconnecting to my strengths and desires, I transformed my life from the inside out.

And now, my mission is clear:
To help women in midlife believe in themselves again, reconnect with what they truly want, and step into a life that feels deeply purposeful and alive.

Because when midlife women rise with confidence and clarity, they don’t just change their own lives - they impact their families, workplaces and communities.

That’s the work I’m here to do through The Coach Couch.

Midlife isn’t the end of possibility -
it’s the beginning of self-defined success.
