Transformation and Renewal

Renata. It's all in the name. Transformation and renewal.
Every year in the Spring I become very energised about rearranging things in the house. (Sorry husband.) Not just to make it look better, but to create a space that feels more uplifting, more aligned with who I am becoming or how as a family we’re evolving.
Over the long Easter weekend, I had been thinking what to change in the house, and I just remembered that my name, Renata, means ‘reborn’. (According to the Ancestry website, in ancient Italy, the name Renata became synonymous with hope and rejuvenation)
Isn’t that wild?
A name I’ve carried all my life, and only recently have I fully realised how deeply it speaks to transformation, new beginnings and my journey towards a better self.
I think, this time of year is such a beautiful reminder that change is natural. It opens up new possibilities, brings new opportunities and creates space to discover something new about ourselves.
It's the perfect season to ask ourselves:
What parts of me are ready to be refreshed?
Where in my life do I crave more light, more space, more growth?
Who am I becoming, and how can I support her now?
Remember, transformation doesn’t always start with huge steps. Sometimes, it begins with an idea. Or a conversation. Or a quiet moment of clarity.
So, if there’s anything you’ve been wanting to do/try/start, give yourself permission to do it.
You’re allowed to evolve.
You’re allowed to make space for the new.
And you’re absolutely allowed to bloom. 🌸
💬 What’s one small change you’re craving this spring?
With love,
Renata
