Tipping point

Have you ever reached a tipping point?



That moment when you just know - something has to change.


"I can't do this anymore!"


"I can't live like this anymore!"


"I need to change something before I go mad!"



For me, it happened almost two years ago. I was constantly putting everyone else’s needs first, running on autopilot, and feeling completely stuck. Then one specific event pushed me over the edge. 


That's when I decided: no more. I had enough. It was time to set boundaries, take control, and live with intention.



The shift happened fast, not because my circumstances suddenly changed, but because I changed the way I thought about them. My mindset shifted, my perspective transformed, and with that, everything else started to follow.
