Eat that frog!

I’m all for Brian Tracy’s advice in Eat That Frog: tackle your biggest, most important task first.
However, there is a 'but' for me: I actually start my day better with quick, simple tasks. Things that take under 5 minutes, like replying to a message or sending a short email. It creates momentum for me. And that momentum fuels me to dive into the deeper work.
What doesn’t work for me? Constantly switching between tasks (emails, calls, documents, messages, meetings). Every time I change gears, I lose focus and it takes time to get back into flow.
So these days, I focus on batching similar tasks and carving out solid blocks of time for deep work. I still "eat the frog", but I warm up first. 🙂
How do you structure your day to stay focused and productive?
