Be intentional, be organised

ree

If you know me, you probably know I love being organised.

Not in a rigid kind of way but because being organised genuinely helps me feel calmer, more relaxed, and better prepared to handle whatever life throws at me.

It frees up mental space so I can focus on the things that really matter to me: my family, my wellbeing, my work. And when something unexpected happens I have routines and habits I can fall back on.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about intention.

This is exactly the kind of foundation I help women create in my coaching sessions, using the BE-DO-HAVE framework:

- When you’re being calm, joyful and grounded...

- You’ll naturally do things from that place: smile more, focus on positive things, set boundaries, try new things, speak up, support others...

- And you’ll have more of what you truly want: better relationships, more confidence, patience with your kids, clarity in your career, and a stronger connection with yourself.

Being organised is one of the ways I show up for my future self, today.

Here’s a simple example: food prep. If you know me, you’ll also know I live by the saying, “You are what you eat.”

So on Sundays, I wash and prep strawberries, grapes, pineapple or melon, box them up, and in the morning, voilà! A colourful, healthy breakfast is ready in 2 minutes. Yogurt, muesli, fruit, done.

It’s one small thing, but it sets the tone for a smoother, calmer start to the day.

So here’s my Monday question for you:

👉 What’s one thing you already do to stay organised?

👉 And what’s one thing you’d like to do more of?

💬 I’d love to hear your tips, routines, or even the things you’re still figuring out. We’re all in this together.
