Here's my 4-Step Morning Mindset Reset Routine
It works really well for me to shift from the busy morning rush with my kids to focusing on work and what I need to get done.
What it really helps with is that at the end of the day, I know that I have done what I set out to do without feeling guilty and stressed about not finishing some of the tasks that were not a priority for the day.
By being intentional about how I want to 'BE', I choose to be a certain way instead of letting the emotions do their damage under the surface without realising it.
By being intentional about what I want to 'DO', I choose to focus on my priorities instead of reacting to external events that always pop up.
And as a result, I will 'HAVE': achievements, progress, clarity, success, happiness, less stress and fulfilment.
