Hello, nice to meet you!

If you’re here, there’s probably a part of you that’s been feeling a little lost, a little stuck or quietly craving something more. I’ve been there too.

What you’re about to read isn’t just a timeline of my life. It’s a glimpse into the real, messy, beautiful journey that shaped who I am today. The doubts, the detours, the moments that cracked me open and the ones that lit me back up.

I’m sharing it with you not because I have it all figured out but because I believe our stories connect us.

And maybe, in mine, you’ll recognise a part of yours.

My Story

I was born in late-1970s Hungary, in a small town where everyone knew everyone and life was built on hard work, warmth and strong values. From my mum, I learned care and creativity; from my dad, courage, independence, and the belief that your dreams matter. Those lessons stayed with me, even when the world around us expected women to stay small, quiet and grateful.

I studied Agricultural Engineering and PR, then dove into the fast, competitive world of work in my twenties. On the outside, I had everything figured out. On the inside, I wrestled with the same battles so many of us carry into midlife - self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of getting it wrong, the pressure to prove myself. I chased success the way I thought I should, without ever asking what I truly wanted.

In 2006, I moved to the UK and discovered the world of learning and development. For the first time, something clicked. Guiding people came naturally to me, even though I didn’t yet understand why. Then life shifted again: fertility struggles, a high-risk twin pregnancy, and weeks in hospital with two tiny fighters who eventually came home - strong, resilient, and miraculous.

Motherhood changed me in ways I couldn’t have predicted. My identity, priorities and sense of direction all shifted. I built a cake-making business from home, explored new creative paths, studied again, and kept trying to “find the right thing” - but I kept feeling like I was pushing myself into versions of success that didn’t fit anymore.

And then, the moment that changed everything: I started noticing in my daughters the very patterns I had carried for decades - people-pleasing, shrinking, second-guessing, working so hard to be “good.” It hit me deeply. I could see how women - especially in midlife - carry expectations, old rules and invisible pressure that shape who we believe we’re allowed to become.

That’s when my mission became clear.

I’m here for women in midlife who feel like life has gone off-script and are unsure of what’s next. Women who are smart, ambitious and motivated but feel that something has gone missing from their lives. Women who want ‘something more’ - to feel alive again, trust themselves again and create their next chapter that feels meaningful, intentional and entirely their own.

Because when women in midlife rise with confidence and intention, they give others permission to do the same and set an example for the next generation.
